What kind of job do we offer:

For our recruitment team we are currently looking for a Recruiter. Do you have experience in the recruitment industry and you want to contribute to further growth of quickly developing company? You enjoy to be in contact with people and help them in the beginning of their journey in the Netherlands? Do you have strong attention to detail and you are independent in your work?

What are the responsibilities:

- Screen resumes, conduct telephone and video interviews to ensure a quality pool of temporary employees.
- Keeping contact with candidates before their arrival to the Netherlands.
- Maintaining and developing good contact with our recruitment partners from other countries.
- Onboarding process with new temporary workers.
- Creating employee profiles in our internal system.

What do we ask from you?

- Previous experience with recruitment.
- Excellent command of English + at least one of following languages - Spanish, Slovak or Polish.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented and structured manner.
- You have an eye for detail and are able to identify areas for improvement and take action.
- You can deal well with change and work under pressure.
- Team player.
