Facility Support Specialist – Bike Maintenance

IFJ is looking for a Facility Support Specialist (Bike Maintenance Focus)

Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving technical issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? At IFJ, we’re looking for someone who can support our Facility team with a focus on bike and e-bike maintenance – a key part of how we keep our employees moving!

What will you do?

As a Facility Support Specialist, your main focus will be on maintaining and repairing IFJ bikes and e-bikes, but you’ll also help out with general facility tasks. You are someone who works independently, is precise, and enjoys variety in your day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Repairing mechanical and electrical issues on bikes and e-bikes.

• Managing the bike inventory and overseeing distribution to employees.

• Coordinating and scheduling repairs in communication with temporary workers.

• Supporting maintenance tasks in IFJ accommodation.

• Assisting the Facility team with various operational duties.

• You speak basic English and can communicate clearly with colleagues.

• You have a B1+ command of the English language.

• You hold a B driving licence.

• You have relevant experience in a similar technical or operational field.
