At our customer in Aalsmeer, they pack millions of flowers every day for their customers all over the world.
At the location in Aalsmeer we are looking for a:

Assistant who is an expert in organizing and working together for our evening shift

As an Assistant Team Leader you manage a team of at least 6 employees. You organize the work at the production location so that everyone knows what to do. You and the team ensure that the day shift can start fresh again the next day by replenishing stock and reducing stock spots. And of course you monitor the standards with regard to quality and quantity. Your Team Leader remains ultimately responsible, but you also have a lot of responsibility in your role.

What are you going to do?
- Together with your team you are responsible for a smooth and undisturbed production progress.
- You help with the division of employees for the different activities.
- You give directions and instructions to the employees and help them where necessary.
- In consultation with your Team Leader, you solve problems that sometimes arise during the work.
- Keeping an eye on and maintaining the equipment, such as the computer stations, sorting lanes, forklifts, tow carts and racks.
- You are closely involved in training and supervising new and temporary staff.
- You supervise the enforcement of working conditions rules, company and safety regulations.
- If necessary, you participate in the work meeting and support the Internal Logistics Team Leader in conducting the performance interviews.
- You help with all other relevant activities that are within your capabilities and capacities.

We offer you:
 - You work Monday to Thursday and Sunday morning. Start times are between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, end time flexible until the night. On Sunday morning you start between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM and the end time is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
 - On top of your salary you will receive a generous allowance.
